We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant while providing exceptional customer service. Your leadership and communication skills will be vital in maintaining a positive work environment and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.

Supervise and train restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to place orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.

Assist in creating and implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals, maintaining high food quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Uphold the restaurant's image and reputation by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry is essential.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills would be a plus).

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Exceptional customer service abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
