Job Description

Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.

Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Oversee inventory, handle customer concerns, and contribute to the development of a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily restaurant activities and provide direction to staff.

Monitor and maintain quality of service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.

Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements and Skills

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.

Understanding of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
