Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our new Restaurant Chain - Cuttack Handisala Brand (Cloud kitchen concept). The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience in running and managing a restaurant. The candidate must have experience working specifically in managing restaurant and not in other retail brands.
The candidate must have Kanad/English/Hindi language knowledge. It is essential for the candidate to have spent a good amount of years in one particular restaurant and not changed jobs frequently, especially for a sensitive position like this where the total management is involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 10 to 20 members including the chef and helping/supporting staff
Manage the purchase and sale (Total computerized billing system)
Menu decision
Customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a good and running restaurant
Strong customer service and communication skills
Language Know - English / Kanada / Hindi
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
