**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Restaurant Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, managing procurement, handling marketing, overseeing billing and customer service, and supporting the kitchen staff when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Quality Control & Procurement:**

- Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials received from vendors.

- Coordinate with suppliers for timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies.

- Maintain inventory and stock levels to avoid shortages or excess waste.

2. **Shopping & Vendor Management:**

- Purchase fresh ingredients and other necessary materials as required.

- Build and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and negotiate better pricing.

3. **Marketing & Promotions:**

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales.

- Coordinate with local advertising platforms and social media to promote the restaurant.

- Organize events, offers, and special promotions to enhance customer engagement.

4. **Billing & Financial Management:**

- Oversee the restaurant's billing process and ensure accurate cash/card transactions.

- Maintain records of daily sales, expenses, and revenue reports.

- Monitor and control operational costs to improve profitability.

5. **Customer Service & Operations:**

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or concerns.
