Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership by setting clear goals, objectives, and strategies for the restaurant's success.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Create and implement effective operational procedures to optimize efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ingredients, to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize wastage.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, collaborating with the marketing team when necessary.

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in accordance with industry regulations.

Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and dedication to resolving issues promptly.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales figures, expenses, and profitability, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to design and update menus, ensuring they align with customer preferences and seasonal availability.

Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners, negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies as needed.
