Exp: 5 yrs as Operations Executive in Hospitality/ Hotels/ Restaurants mandatory/ 5 years exp as Restaurant Manager with any Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Strong comm skills(Hindi, English and Kannada).

👉Manage Daily Service and Back of the House kitchen operations.

👉Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

👉Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

👉Organize and supervise shifts

👉Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

👉Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

👉Train new and current employees

👉Purchase of raw materials and managing inventory.
