Purpose
To provide all customers with speedy and excellent service and by maintaining the hygiene of self and the outlet.
Create Licious experience for our customers by providing them quality products and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Assist in undergoing trainings for development of self and ensuring to download the same for developing new Licians.
MEAT ARTIST is responsible to live by the licious values, mission, and vision by developing trust with the patrons and all teammates.
Responsibilities but not limited to
Welcomes and connects and provides excellent customer service to all customers.
Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service.
Responds to customers’ needs and says thank you to every customer.
Has “customer comes first attitude” and “Just Say Yes” behaviour and should be able to handle customer grievances.
Follows Lucious Standard Operational Procedures along with those for cash handling, cooking/serving standards, display, safety, and security for all Licinas and its patrons.
Maintains calm demeanour and being organized during high volume times or unusual events.
Maintains a clean and organised workspace so the fellow Licians can locate resources and products as and when required.
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality and adheres to the shift roaster.
Assists with new Lician training by positively reinforcing successful performance and give encouraging coaching as needed.
Contributes to a positive team environment by recognising the changes in fellow Licians behaviour which might be signaling to a potential problems or changes in their morale and communicating these to their immediate supervisors.
Desired Candidate:
Minimum HSC completed / Hotel management graduate, diploma holders.
Experience preferred in retail, QSR or any leading service brands.
Strong attention to detail, Punctual, works well under pressure, ability to multitask, strong communication skills.
