To inspect tables layouts and checks on all service stations, bars.

Listen empathetically to Guest complaints and take appropriate action after consulting the manager.

To conduct daily briefing to maintain standards laid down by the organization.

To acquire thorough knowledge and understanding of menu to aid in optimum selling.

To continually strive to develop and increase restaurant sales.

To ensure maintenance of service equipment and furniture in the restaurant.

To ensure and serve orders at the right time with right accompaniments.

To ensure and maintain high level of Guest satisfaction.

To impart training to Stewards, Assistant stewards, Room Service Order takers, Hostess & Bartenders to maintain high standards.
