Job Description

Leading the team

Supervising and training the F&B team, assigning duties, and promoting teamwork

Providing guest service

Ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service, and addressing any complaints

Managing operations

Overseeing the setup, operation, and closing of the restaurant, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Managing inventory
