JOBDESCRIPTION: Respiratory Therapists typically work for a variety of medical settings, including hospitals, sleep disorder clinics, respiratory clinics and other healthcare facilities to help care for patients with respiratory conditions. They work closely with Physicians, Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive quality care.

JOB OVERVIEW: A Respiratory Therapist (RT) is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with respiratory disorders. They work with people of all ages, from infants to the elderly, in conjunction with physicians and nurses to come up with treatment plans aimed at best helping restore as much natural breathing function as possible2. They operate medical devices, monitor patient responses, and provide emergency care when needed1.

PROFILE: PHYSIOTHERAPIST

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE

Full-time (240 days including holiday).

This is an annualized role so hours worked may vary from month to month.
