Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Team Lead to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Assigning Team Members to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability.

Monitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing.

Capacity planning and Optimal Engagement of Resources.

Monitoring and managing employees workload, utilization, and overtime hours.

Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

Oversee day-to-day operation.

Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

Motivate team members.

Discover training needs and provide coaching.

Create plans to address clients business needs

Strong Clients handling skills, Key accounts Management, Strategic Planning

Responsible for Client Assignments and Deliverable in the specified TAT

Client Escalations • P & L of the Team
