Resident Sales Engineer

Job Location: Chennai (Tamil Nadu) & Bangalore (Karnataka)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years in the Residential Sales Engineering Profile.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the sensing equipment industry.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Working remotely but 100% field sales.
Knowledge of technical aspects of sensing equipment is a plus

Conduct client visits to showcase our sensing equipment such as Pressure Instruments, Temperature Instruments, Level Instruments, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality Sensors and understand client needs.
Initiate and manage cold calling activities to generate leads. Cultivate relationships with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements
Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to becoming a valued client.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and maximise business opportunities
Regularly follow up with clients to understand their evolving needs.
Employ effective negotiation strategies to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
