We are looking Resident Medical Officer at Rajkesar Multispeciality Hospital Baloda, we founding to better person to join our hospital,

Responsibilities :-

Patient care: Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions

Patient monitoring: Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Documentation: Maintain medical records and progress notes

Patient education: Explain medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures

Emergency response: Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency teams, knowledge for ACLS and BLS

Collaboration: Work with other physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals

Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff.

Qualifications :-

Medical degree (MBBS / BAMS/BHMS) from a recognized medical school

Valid medical license or registration

Experience in a hospital setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work rotating shifts

Salary will be negotiable, depend on candidate knowledge and experience.
