Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our medical team. The RMO will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients under the supervision of senior medical staff. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility and delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting medical assessments and examinations of patients.

Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.

Monitoring and managing patients in wards or outpatient settings.

Providing emergency medical care as required.

Collaborating with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.

Participating in ward rounds and clinical meetings.

Adhering to clinical protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

Medical degree from a recognized institution.

Full registration with the Medical Council.

Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).

Strong clinical skills and knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients.

Willingness to work shifts and participate in on-call duties.
