Manages the taking of reservations and operates systems in accordance with company standards
Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
Ensures successful commercial strategy is laid out in terms of space (rooms, banquet, restaurants, spa) availability.
Controls daily reservations and rates in the system
Takes care of deposits and payments of all booking types
Follows up the situation of agency allotments (number of remaining rooms)
Controls corporate bookings with payment details required
Finds out the reason for No Shows and follows the general procedure
Promotes the hotel’s products and services maintaining a high level of product/service knowledge

Review arrival report daily.
Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast.
Responsible for training staff.
Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
Identify Top Producing Accounts ensure proper recognition by Reservation staff.
