Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the Hotel sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of Organisations objectives.
Works with the management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment Hotel Business strategies, Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of Hotel sales functions, and processes and recognizing potential opportunities.
Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of its Resorts.
Maximise all Revenue opportunities to Achieve stretched monthly annual targets as per budgets and manage sales cash flow in a result-focused environment.
