Job Description

Researcher will be primarily responsible for conducting the telephonic Surveys/Interviews thru cold calling and collecting the data, manually and leveraging the automation tools.

The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Persistence, self-motivation, versatility, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, a sense of humour and an authentic demeanour are assets.

Shift Timing – Candidate must be flexible to work across shifts such as Australian (early morning), European (Afternoon) and American (Evening).
