Position Overview
1. We are looking to employ a Research Consultant with a solid track record of identifying and attracting top-caliber
candidates to local and international companies.
2. As part of the team, you will be fully involved in the search process from day one and act as project manager on the
assignments you will be involved in. This means working as a trusted advisor for our clients as well as the internal search
partner you work for.
3. You will participate in client briefings and interviews to determine the right search strategy for finding and selecting
the best-suited candidates for the different positions.
4. One of the crucial steps at the beginning of a search will be to prepare material on the company and position for
candidates to get the right impression of the job opportunity.
5. Next, you will identify target companies and candidates through sources and desk research and start screening
candidates through thorough telephone interviews.
6. You will develop shortlists and candidate reports for our clients and do reference and background checks in the final
stages of the process.
7. The role would further include Business Research/Talent Mapping/Secondary Research, Market Mapping,
Headhunting, Qualitative research, HR Consulting, Talent Acquisition, Active Search, Passive Search, and Data Analysis.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Working as a Research Consultant with us requires a business focus, a methodical and analytical mindset, excellent
communication skills, and high attention to detail.
2. Furthermore, you need to be confident, persistent, and have a can-do attitude.
3. In addition, you must have: A couple of years of work experience with business research and/or recruitment is
required.
