Advertisement for the post of JRF

Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the recruitment of one (01) Project based Junior Research Fellow (JRF) purely on temporary basis to work full time in the project titled “ Fair Deep Learning Model for Unbiased Prediction from Biased Data” funded by MHRD, Government of India.

Qualification:

Essential: Candidates with //./././. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or related fields from a recognized Institute/University.

Desirable:

Candidate has qualified CSIR/ UGC NET or GATE.

Knowledge of Python programming language.

Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision and can run relevant tools like PyTorch etc.

Salary:

INR 31, 000 + HRA (as applicable) per month (Consolidated pay with no other allowances).

Note: For candidates without CSIR/ UGC NET or GATE, INR will be paid 25, 000 + HRA (as applicable) per month (Consolidated pay with no other allowances).

Tenure of Appointment:

The appointment will be initially for one year from the date of his/her joining the institute, which may be extended later/terminated earlier depending on availability of funds and performance of the candidates.

Age:

Should not exceed 35 years as on 01 December, 2022 with usual relaxation for SC/ ST/OBC/ Differently abled and exceptional candidate(s).
