Candidates for the position of Research Associate[ Freelance-Remote Work]

Role & Responsibilities:

Researching (calling companies and online research) and updating projects of construction

sector as assigned to meet the set targets.

• Obtaining the required information through telephonic interviews and data entry of assigned

construction projects

• Participate in taking new initiatives in alignment with business requirement

• Building relationships within the industry to streamline project intelligence gathering and to identify

projects in the earliest possible stages.

• Gathering data from online and other sources.

• Verification of data as assigned to ensure compliance with the company's data policy and standard.

• Providing daily report & presentation as required

• In addition to the above the intern is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her manager.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:0 - 2 years in data entering, cold calling, research, data recording

Soft Skills: Strong telephone skills. Basic computer kills and knowledge of MS office

Qualities: Target oriented. Systematic. Persistent. Follow-through.

Technical: Skills Comfortable using Gmail, social media and spreadsheets

Languages: Excellent written and spoken business English.

Personality: This job requires self-confidence and positivity. A “ can-do” attitude.

Able to strike meaningful conversations starting with a cold call.

Special skills :A strong voice is a useful attribute in this position.

Accepting candidate profiles living in other states of India as well.
