A)Must have experience in research and drafting of reports (buy/sell/hold/expensive) under a diverse set of categories that entail income reports, growth, penny and resource reports, and dailies. These would pertain to diverse sectors (to name a few - energy and oil, materials, mining, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, biotechnology). Frequency is decided as per the requirement of the business.
B) Must provide required support for the seamless operations of the report handling, preparation, review, and releases -
1) Reviewing and Managing reports prepared by Analysts
2)Managing and/or Preparing Main/Topical reports that are to be released on a daily basis depending on movement in the market.
3)Managing and/or Preparing macro-economic reports/ industry overviews under newsletters based on the requirement of the business.
4)Managing and/or Preparing Quick digest reports entailing any news items
5)Assisting and guiding the members of the Research team on any required work product as per the need of the business.
6)Uploading of 'ready to be released' reports on the company's portal.
C) The timing for the report preparation, uploading, and release would vary depending on the type of respective report and in accordance with the Australian time zone.
D)Assisting the leadership team in providing insights for research streamlining, workflow management, and team development.
E)Keeping a track of portfolio performance on a regular basis and conducting activities required for performance evaluation of equity portfolio.
F)Catering to queries emanating from a sales team and pertaining to client requirements.
G)Performing other suitable activities based on the need of the hour (videos/ podcasts etc.) and requirements of the business.
