As a Reporting Analyst you will help us with managing and creating in-depth reports from data and help keep a track of certain key metrics on a daily basis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with the Digital media teams to develop measurement action plans for online media campaigns.
* Deliver tracking analysis and reports to support campaigns and programs, creative and recommended solutions.
* Ability to develop tracking and reporting requirements, particularly web analytics.
* Ability to contribute to increasing the level of innovation in data, analytics and CRM at the agency.
* Generate regular reports to gauge effectiveness of certain key metrics using our online proprietary software, online search, display advertising campaigns on the site/ engine, placement/ keyword, and creative levels.
* Analyze Web site behavior using Web analytics tools to determine areas of site improvement with help from digital team.
* Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies, POVs and seminar/ conference summaries.
KEY COMPETENCIES
* Minimum 1 years of online media and campaign measurement experience or business experience working in reporting or on data visualisation and analytics.
* relevant Degree or field of study preferred (., Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics or Economics).
* analysts can come from various backgrounds, with and without analytic experience; qualifications include intellectual curiosity, problem solving skills, determination, and capacity to add creativity to our client work.
* Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analysing and interpretation capabilities.
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Understanding of online advertising planning, buying and performance metrics is a plus.
* Experience with Web site analytics tools such as Omniture and Google Analytics is a plus.
