Rental Supervisor –Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supervisor to lead our rental department
operations. This role encompasses overseeing rental processes, managing property
advertisements, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring seamless communication
between tenants, landlords, and agencies. Additionally, the Supervisor will lead a team of up
to five members, ensuring operational efficiency and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Rental Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end rental processes, including
rental payments, bond lodgments, and financial transactions between tenants and
landlords.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of up to five members, ensuring tasks
are allocated effectively, performance is monitored, and team goals are achieved.
Property Coordination: Manage property advertisements, inspections, maintenance
activities, and progress tracking using tools like Trello.
Communication and Escalations: Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and
escalations, ensuring timely and professional resolutions for tenants, landlords, and
external agencies.
Administrative Oversight: Maintain accurate records of leases, inspections, and
compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to Australian rental regulations and
provide detailed progress reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate or property management, with leadership
responsibilities.
Strong team management and mentoring skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in tools such as Trello, Microsoft Office Suite, and property management
software.
Knowledge of Australian rental laws and processes (preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This is an office-based position with working hours from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to
