Heart Business Solutions (HBS) is looking for an IT specialist, more specifically a Call Center Technology Specialist, who will help in the development of the company's activities in a new market in China, first part of the work will be to find a terminal, a local application for calls (call center), Sip telephony, and Service call center.

Our future specialist need to have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Call Center KPIs and metrics in support of Analysis and Reporting. Good knowledge of networking concepts in Call Center area, call-center software used in China. Our vacancy is fully remote and can have flexible schedule. It would be better if the candidate for this position was in China.
