Job Description

As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with customers to achieve sales targets for banking products. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs, offering suitable banking solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Acquisition & Sales:**

- Identify and acquire new customers for various banking products including savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products.

- Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.

2. **Relationship Management:**

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with personalized service and addressing their banking needs.

- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

3. **Cross-Selling & Up-Selling:**

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional banking products and services to existing customers.

- Promote digital banking solutions and educate customers on the benefits of using online and mobile banking services.

4. **Market Research & Analysis:**

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.

- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and product performance.

5. **Compliance & Risk Management:**

- Ensure all sales activities comply with the banks policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

- Perform due diligence on customer profiles and transactions to prevent fraud and mitigate risks.
