Roles and Responsibilities :

· Educate the Customer about the product

· Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business e the leads assigned by the call center team

· Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer

· Customer Servicing ection of Renewals

· nding team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

· To provide correct and complete information on products to all customers that will help transparency and smooth sale of the business. This will ensure that the channel will remain competitive and successful.

· Daily updating leads on maximizer, follow up on leads, presence in malls and interacting with the customers

· Channel Head, Regional Manager, Area Manager, BM/Sr BM and HO Team
