Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Target Achievement:
Drive sales of life insurance products through the banca channel.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key bank partners.
Collaborate with the bank��s sales and branch teams to generate leads and increase sales.
Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff on life insurance products and sales techniques.
Training & Support:
Ensure that bank employees are fully equipped with product knowledge, sales tools, and techniques.
Provide ongoing support to the bank��s sales team and guide them through the sales process.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Proactively generate leads through bank branches and customer networks.
Convert leads into customers by recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and bank protocols.
Oversee the complete process of documentation, policy issuance, and follow-ups with customers.
Market Insights & Reporting:
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Provide market feedback to senior management for strategic planning.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking KPIs and progress towards targets.
Customer Service & Retention:
Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
Focus on retaining existing clients by promoting renewals and cross-selling products.
