Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Home Loan & LAP at BASIC Home Loan in Indore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with customers seeking home loans and LAPs, facilitating the application process, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience in home loan and LAP relationship management

Knowledge of credit assessment and risk analysis

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Office

Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
