Duties of the Client Relationship Manager
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
• Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships.
• Achieving client relationship targets as set by the Head of Sales.
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
• Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
• Updating the CRM
• Designing campaigns to boost sales at different times.
• Liaising with Training department to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Daily CIF-Customer Information Form, checking.
• Reference Data needs to be maintained.
• Quality of Calling should be appropriate.
• Should be responsible for Basis hygiene in premises.
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Greeting Members with Smile & should be in proper Dress CODE.
• Generating Leads from existing clients.
