ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prior experience in B2B sales desired.
Manage relationships with existing customers.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG B2B (sales).
Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of
those relationship.
Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships.
Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotes.
Manage a train of customer service personnel.
Ensure and handle complete mail correspondence and feedback, concern calls to
customers.
Experience: 2 Years to 3 Years B2B Sales.
Industry: FMCG Industry Only
Pay-Scale: 30,000 to 36,000 (based on interview performance)
