Designation - Relationship Manager

Urgently required. (NP of maximum 15 days)

Location is Mumbai.

Minimum Experience:- 2 - 5 years.

JD of Relationship Manager ( Sales Executive)

· Figure out customers’ needs by patiently listening, keenly understanding and asking necessary questions.

· Perform walk-around with new and old customers and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles.

· Effectively close sales

· Ensure that customers understands the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty

· Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals

· Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities

· Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers

· Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.

· Good communication, writing and customer service skills.

· Excellent problem solving and organization skills.

· Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.

· Firm work attitude

· Preferably 1 Year of Automobile Experience
