KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn details about our products and services.

• Understand all the prospect’s needs, problems or wants.

• Handle potential clients and act as their consultant.

• Work on the prospects and leads.

• Up-sell when appropriate Constant follow up with leads.

• Identify buyer persona profiles.

• Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting.

• Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency.

• Identify most important sales KPIs.
