Job Description for Relationship Manager

Required freshers or experienced candidates with strong communication skills and convincing power.

Responsible for securing new customers.

Follow up on customers.

Maintain records of customer details.

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and email

Outbound calling or customer services experience.

Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)

Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.

Scheduling and taking the meetings of customer in office as well as online meeting through video calling.

Should have a basic operating knowledge of Computer

Salary: Negotiable( 8k to 15k per month)
