Job Description for Relationship Manager

 Required fresher’s or experienced candidates with strong communication skills and convincing power.

 Responsible for securing new customers.

 Follow up on customers.

• Maintain records of customer details.

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

 Researching prospects and generating leads.

 Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and email

 Outbound calling or customer services experience.

 Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)

 Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.

 Scheduling and taking the meetings of customer in office as well as online meeting through video calling.

 Should have a basic operating knowledge of Computer

 Salary: Negotiable( 8k to 15k per month)
