Purpose of Role: The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business.
• Convert leads and generate business through leads shared by the organization.
• Visit potential customers for New Business
• Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts in order to meet sales & profitability goals establish by the Direct Sales Management
• Ensure that business targets are met month on month
• He/she should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
• Ensure all Training modules laid by L&D department are attended & certifications obtained.
• Direct selling to the customers via appointments (office/Home Visits)
• Ensure the leads/appointments allocated are attended & reverted within TAT.
• Ensure self-sourcing Targets are achieved – ensure business reporting, MIS on sales call, Lead Utilization and conversion are updated & maintained daily.
• Ensure that MIS/Reporting Formats are maintained/updated on a regular basis
• Be an insurance solution provider for our customers
• Educate the Customer about the company/channel
• Customer Servicing – Ensure strict adherence to Human Resource Norms
Decision Scope: To provide correct and complete information on products to all customers that will help transparency and smooth sale of the business. This will ensure that the channel will remain competitive and successful.
**CTC we can offer is between – 5 Lac depending upon relevant experience and suitability (Maximum no of candidates would be hired between -4 Lac CTC, for highly experienced/performers, we can go up to 5 L)
