Job Details :- Job Title Tele- Floor Manager Reporting To BSLI Sub-Vertical Sales Managers Overall Purpose of the Job To achieve the organizational goal for the assigned location(s) in terms of revenue through life insurance solicitation and to maintain appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in the assigned location. Job Specification Parameters Desired Minimum Age, 24-30, 2 Education Graduate / Post Graduate Experience 2 to 4 years in sales 2 Type of Experience BFSI/LI Sales Key Performance Areas Key Task & Activities Business Delivery Achieve the assigned lead generation target & Lead closure target Effective lobby management and relationship management on the floor Continuous Process and Product training for callers Quality Evaluation Ensure regular monitoring of quality of calls made by PB Callers and support them in closing the calls. Ensure Quality Lead Generation as per the assigned target given by BSLI Timely Feed-back to the callers and coach them Also collect customer feed-back on sales scripts and accordingly review the scripts Conduct reviews/ feedback sessions with the Callers & team for continuous business delivery and business development. Daily/Monthly Training Weekly Training to Channel Partners on BSLI Product and Processes and timely completion of training certification Ensure Certification and ensure the motivation of Callers Projects to improve overall lead quality and increase the business Channel Partner Management Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.
