Collection retention letter and overdue from member

Responsible for improving the experiences customers have with organization, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction score, FTRs, proactive engagements
Responsible to adhere to the standard operating procedures
Good decision-making skills to make recommendations for improvements and execute timely/correct decisions
Co-ordinate with all other departments including Sales/Accounts /Collection etc..
Keep a track of reason for cancellation raised by Member
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Product and process knowledge related to customer servicing
Persuasive, negotiating, and influencing skills
Patience and good listening skills

4-5 years experience in service industry . hospitality, telecom, insurance, banking etc
