Job Description

Have to fix an appointment or sell insurance to the Client / Customer through call and meet (Life and Health

Insurance).

Responsibilities

 To fix up appointments with prospective customers.

 Should have a good acumen for Sales.

 Good communication skills.

 Should be mobile to travel within city limits.

 Should know the geographic spread of the location.

 Good in Customer Handling.

 Ensure that a maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.

 Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.

 Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.

 Support enquiries through website chat channel.

 Call and follow up the enquiries through the phone.

 Guide and coach participants with dedicated customer success processes.

 Maintain high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.

 Identify common client challenges and actively counsel higher solutions.

Requirements

. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.

 Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.

 Consistent chronicle of highly-professional client service during quick paced, dynamic surroundings.
