1. Contacting and following up with new real estate brokers and setting up new business opportunities.

2. Onboard all the real estate brokers on the platform from the assigned location.

3. Build relationships with brokers..

4. Cold calling needs to be done to find out the freelance brokers.

5. 10 to 15 Meetings per day needs to be done with real estate brokers.

6. Meeting with existing brokers on regular basis and keep them active on the platform.
