Our Client is a Learning Solutions Services Company that implements Skilling and Training solutions across various institutions and companies with special focus on BFSI (banking financial sector & insurance), Manufacturing, Retail and Finance & Accounts segments .

JD:-
1) Identify new companies in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, KPO, BPO and IT space (BFSI and IT) in Bangalore and other adjoining cities of Karnataka, who will be keen to recruit trained candidates who can be , MBA, BBM or from any Degree stream.
2) With the existing clients of Company, following activities need to be performed:
a. Maintain ongoing relationship to position as learning partner of choice with the client.
b. Further deepen the relationship and position as Hiring vendor of choice
c. Liaise with company and internal stakeholders on existing and new projects for smooth execution.
d. Team up with the collections department to ensure prompt raising of invoices and realization of the dues from the client.
3) Work with existing relationship companies to.
4) Identify new Hire-Train-Deploy opportunities with various Companies in BFSI and IT space.
5) Company conducts campus drives across its partner colleges in various towns and cities on an annual basis. This role will involve effectively coordinating with various stakeholders like Companies, College RM team and internal Tele-Calling team to effectively carry out the Campus drive exercise.
6) Nurture and develop existing Tele-calling team (including hiring members in the team) in order to effectively service various requirements of companies
7) Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans to meet and exceed the client's marketing and business goals and objectives.
8) Focus on Industry institute interface between Partner Colleges and Relationship Companies through activities .
