Responsibilities of Relationship Manager - Telesales 

Guide users of Financial Freedom App on the benefits of using the app and various courses available in the app.

Help them navigate through various features in the app and explain the benefits of each feature. 

Help them choose the right subscription package to access premium content on the app and guide them through the entire payment process. 

Be part of the daily morning meeting with entire Sales Leadership Team at AM daily over zoom.

Achieve daily 4 hours of Talk Time (You will have to work for 8-9 hours to achieve 4 hours of Talk Time daily. 

There is no sales target in this job, but you will earn incentive for every sale you make. 

You will be paid Rs Fixed Monthly Salary per Month and this is purely based on your attendance & talk time (No Sales Targets)

You will have to attend a week long Training Program after joining over zoom.

You will have to clear a certification post completion of training. 

This is a permanent work from home job and work timings are between AM to 6 PM. 

You don't need to have a computer or laptop to perform this job. All you need a smartphone with good internet connectivity. 

You can earn up to Rs incentive per month in addition to your Fixed Monthly Salary of Rs . 

Working Days - Monday to Saturday. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

You should have completed minimum PUC/12th Standard/Diploma/Graduation in any stream. 

This is a full time job hence you should be able to dedicate minimum 9 hours between AM to 6 PM daily. 

Location - Anywhere in India. As it is a permanent work from home job, you can work from anywhere in India.
