Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate to manage a portfolio of clients, execute trades and generate revenue through
cross-selling and upselling clients while helping them to make the right investment decisions thus enabling long
term wealth creation at the same time. The candidate will also be responsible for growing the client base by
converting leads and getting new accounts in the system.
Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve healthy revenues without compromising on client’s profitability with Cross-selling of other financial products & attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated. End to End Customer relationship management and client servicing
Acquire new clients for Demat and Trading, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, third party products, and Insurance through networking, database, and references.
Understand the financial products (Equity, Derivatives, PMS, MF) of the company and pitch the same to prospects, engage and guide prospects in the documentation for availing the same. Responsible for developing business for the company which requires a thorough knowledge of the market, products, the solutions/services of Retail Broking
Working closely with compliance, legal, and other departments to provide holistic service & support to clientele
Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored wealth management solutions.
Developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives at various stages of the product lifestyle, including fund launches and investor retention campaigns
Conduct continuous capital market research to be updated on the latest trends.
Responsible for building AUM and revenue generation as per company benchmarks.
Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related business field.
2+ years experience in an RM position in the BFSI industry.
NISM Exam clearance & renewal as per requirement.
