The Relationship Manager for the Direct Channel Insurance will be responsible for building
and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive
revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in sales, customer relationship management, and insurance products
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and
optimal customer experience
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, and services to stay competitive
and relevant
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships
with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Generate leads and referrals from existing customers to expand the customer base
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to senior management and other
stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management,
preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trend
