Senior Executive/Executive - Stock Broking Sales

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking, communication, and time-management skills, and will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating leads, and facilitating investment activities within the stockbroking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and manage Trading/Demat Accounts for clients.

• Generate leads through calls and other sources to drive revenue growth.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the stockbroking and investment sectors.

• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their financial goals and preferences.

• Address client inquiries and provide timely resolutions to issues and concerns.

• Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

• Prepare and deliver investment performance reports to clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: MBA/BBA/Finance or any postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing).

• Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing or Investment Advisory roles.

• Skills & Competencies:

o Proficiency in client relationship management and investment advisory services.

o Strong knowledge of market research and sales techniques.

o Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

o Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

o Superior verbal and written communication skills.
