The Affluent Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNI) clients. This role involves providing personalized financial solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving business targets through cross-selling and upselling various banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new HNI clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and market outreach activities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing affluent clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
Financial Planning: Provide customized financial solutions to clients based on their individual needs, including investment advisory, wealth management, and portfolio diversification.
Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the bank's products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and other wealth management offerings.
Cross-selling & Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products and services to existing clients.
Portfolio Management: Monitor client portfolios, track performance, and provide regular updates and recommendations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, compliance policies, and internal procedures.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
