Sales & Performance Management: Set clear targets, track agent performance, and offer guidance and resources to help agents meet and exceed their sales goals.

Relationship Development: Build lasting, trust-based relationships with agents, offering mentorship, motivation, and regular performance feedback.

Market & Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to ensure the agency network remains competitive.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all agents comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Regularly report on agency performance and sales metrics to senior management.
