Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Onboarding & Consultation:
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their objectives.
Account Growth & Retention:
Identify opportunities for expanding client accounts and increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Monitor client accounts and provide recommendations to enhance the client experience.
Problem Resolution & Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client concerns or issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to any problems or escalations.
Market Research & Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients and help improve internal strategies and offerings.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client projects, deliveries, and continuous service improvements.
Performance Monitoring:
Track client satisfaction and performance metrics, preparing reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and overall account health.
Contract Negotiation & Renewals:
Manage the renewal process for client contracts, ensuring terms are met, and identifying areas to improve or enhance service offerings.
