We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP) to drive business growth by sourcing loans through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The ideal candidate should have strong connections with DSAs in the respective locations and a proven track record in LAP sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Business Development: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to generate LAP business.
Sales Target Achievement: Ensure achievement of assigned LAP sales targets through effective channel management.
Market Expansion: Develop and expand the DSA network in Hubli, Rajahmundry, and Kakinada.
Lead Management: Monitor and manage leads received from DSAs, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
Credit & Risk Assessment: Coordinate with credit and risk teams to facilitate smooth loan approvals.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2-6 years of experience in LAP sales, preferably through DSAs.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of LAP products, credit policies, and market trends.
DSA Network: Well-established connections with DSAs in Hubli, Rajahmundry, and Kakinada.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
