Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bandra BKC, Mumbai. The RM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the firm's client base, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish. They will work closely with the executive team to define and execute the firm's strategic growth plan.
1. Manage, retain and grow the existing client base
2. Acquire new clients to increase the Assets Under Management (AUM)
3. Identify corporates for conducting Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs) to market services
4. Advising clients on the products available in the market, their attributes and hand holding them in choosing the right ones for their needs
5. Creating client presentations and doing quarterly investment reviews
6. Conduct the IAP's and address potential clients' queries
7. Ensuring delivery of VALUE to the clients & customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
-5 years experience in advising financial products to individual clients
erably worked in a bank or a broking outfit and dealt with clients with portfolio size of INR 50L and above
en track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
nt working knowledge of excel, word, powerpoint
command of written & spoken English
to work in a team environment & having good interpersonal skills
ld have keen interest in exploring new things & ability to grasp new ideas quickly
