Position Summary:
DIFSO Finance Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager Sales to manage and enhance relationships with clients while driving sales and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through direct sales, referrals, and networking activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell DIFSO Finance Ltds financial products, including loans, investment plans, and other offerings.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by the organization.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and credit, to ensure smooth onboarding and processing of client applications.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans and investments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
