As a Relationship Manager – Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and client-focused individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Conduct property site visits and present project offerings effectively.

- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and drive conversions to achieve sales targets.

- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and ensure a seamless sales process.

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: MBA preferred (not mandatory).

- Experience: 2 Years and Above

- Communication: Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
